You can now register online by using our registration form (Main Menu > Registration).

For that, please login with the same identifiers you would have used to submit a proposal. For people who don’t have submit a proposal individually on the website, you must first create a personal account on the online platform Scienceconf.org via the connection module at the top right-hand side of the page. This is notably the case for Session proposal: all those taking part must create an account.

Registration form: step 1

Fill-in the various fields. Please enter your email address and login created. “Tariff class” field is important. You can select eight amount below.

Registration before 30 June 2019 (extended time)

Individual: 260 E (for T2M member: 200 E)

Reduced:  220 E (for T2M member: 160 E)

Registration after 15 June 2019 30 June 2019 (extended time)

Individual : 310 E (for T2M member : 250 E)

Reduced : 270 E (for T2M member : 210 E)

We will check with the secretary of T2M the list of members.

For student rate, please send an email to t2mparis2019@sciencesconf.org only with the subject line email : “ Student rate : YOUR NAME” and a scan image of your student card or any proof as an attachment. This procedure is linked to respect the confidentiality of data relating to the private life : these data not should be stored on our server. Only the webmaster will access to these : they will be erased after checking.

Click the tab “Overview” and please check the registration data. Of course, you can edit them.

Click the tab “Submit” : a pop-up window appears. “Your registration request has been submitted. You will receive an email from the organization team, confirming your registration. Thank you.”

You also will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Registration form : step 2

Registrations are manually processed on our server : there will fews days of delay. Once validated, you will receive an email with the subject line “[t2mparis2019] Payment of registration fees”.

Log on to the T2M Annual conference website. Main Menu > Registration > Registration Form. A new page appears  : Payment. You will find the bank informations to pay the order only by bank transfer.

Note there is no need to click on tab “Pay by bank transfer” at the bottom of the page. Once you have make bank transfer, we will find into our bank account. You will receive a final registration email and you will get within 2 weeks a formal payment receipt by e-mail.
